The new purpose of this blog is for me to keep track of the weightloss/healthy goals I have for myself. I know I am not overweight but there are some areas that I would like to make better. I want to workout more and eat healthier to help make me more confident in who I am.
Goals:
1. Get to 125 lbs
2. Drink more WATER
3. Eat healthier
4. Workout at least 3 times a week
I know I can't really do much at this point until after Thursday when finals are over. But a new blog will be posted with a starting weight. Woohoo to a healthier me!
